(Washington, D.C., November 5, 2013). Today, Larry Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch and an organizer of "Reclaim America Now Coalition" (www.reclaimamericanow.net) announced that the National Park Service has granted the coalition a permit to meet and protest the Obama administration's continuing failure to take into account and redress the grievances of the American people. The demonstration will also address President Obama's cover-up of various scandals, including the growing NSA scandal. It will include not only persons who have been summoned to Washington, D.C. to mass and show the resolve of the people, but also will include prominent speakers from all walks of life who have been aggrieved by the policies and actions of President Obama and other government leaders.
Never before has such a widespread coalition been compiled to show peaceful, non-violent force, as in the days leading up to the first American Revolution. As our great Founding Father and second American president declared, "[w]hen the people fear the government, there is tyranny. When the government fears the people, there is liberty." In the style of Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr., Lech Walesa and others who have used peaceful civil disobedience to change history and reclaim freedom, the American people have no choice short of violent revolution to have their grievances heard – as the three branches of government have completely abdicated their representation of citizens' complaints. The government needs to fear that the people will rise up if things do not change in Washington, D.C., and this coalition is the first step in mobilizing the people to act.
A list of demands of legitimate grievances will be presented to President Obama and other government leaders that they can either address and remedy or be called upon to resign from office.
Larry Klayman, one of the organizers of this effort said: "We the People have had enough of the corrupt and incompetent ways of the Obama administration and its bi-partisan political enablers. It is time for action, and not words. Together, the American people will prevail and we will save this nation from extinction at the hands of a present government that could care less about the legitimate needs of the people. (Nov. 4, 2013) — On a recent visit to the Social Security Administration (SSA), a reader noticed the sign shown at right posted in a prominent location.
An image purported to be a certified copy of the long-form birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama is the only “proof” shown to the American public that he meets the U.S. Constitution’s requirement of “natural born Citizen” for President of the United States. However, the image was declared a forgery by a law enforcement investigation carried out by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse, along with his Selective Service registration form, on March 1, 2012.
The media refused to air the posse’s findings of forgery or conduct its own investigation into it, and Obama was reportedly re-elected to a second four-year term during which he is aggressively moving forward on a progressive agenda by way of executive order.
Congress has taken no action on the findings as America continues to take on more debt and millions of citizens lose their health care coverage as a result of “Obamacare,” a law passed in 2010 without one Republican vote.
Since 2008, thousands, if not millions, of citizens have contacted their congressmen asking for an investigation into Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve. Rather than addressing the issue, however, Congress has sent out form letters which attempted to assure, or silence, their constituents on the eligibility issue.
A man who worked in the Hawaii Elections Office in 2008 stated that “There is no birth certificate for Obama!” in Hawaii. No one in Hawaii has confirmed Obama’s claim of first having been born at Queens Hospital, and then later, at Kapiolani Medical Center.
Several African newspapers reported that Obama was born in Kenya prior to his bid for the presidency.
Obama claims a father who was a citizen of Kenya. On his 2008 campaign website, Fight the Smears, Obama stated that he was born a dual citizen of Kenya and the United States. The issue of whether or not a dual citizen meets the Article II, Section 1, clause 5 requirement of “natural born Citizen” has arisen in recent months as Sen. Ted Cruz, born in Canada to a Cuban-citizen father and U.S.-citizen mother, is reportedly considering launching a presidential run for 2016.
Prior to Obama’s presidential aspirations, some opined that the natural born Citizen clause was “pernicious” and “stupid.”
In a letter to George Washington in 1787, John Jay wrote:
Permit me to hint whether it would not be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of foreigners into the administration of our national government; and to declare expressly that the command in chief of the American army shall not be given to, nor devolve on any but a natural born citizen.
Article II, Section 1, clause 5 reads:
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.
In many historical examples, the citizenship of the parents is equally important, if not more so, than the birthplace of the person in determining citizenship.
On his Full-Contact radio show on Monday, commentator Erik Rush discussed the many “anti-American” actions Obama has taken over the last five years, including announcing his intention to bypass the 150th reading of President Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address on November 19. Obama has clearly favored Islam over Christianity in his public addresses and his promotion of individuals and groups working in or connected to the U.S. government with ties to radical Islam.
Obama has compared himself to Lincoln on more than one occasion.
Also on November 19, a group of concerned citizens will be distributing a CD with evidence gathered by the Cold Case Posse’s investigation to members of Congress in an attempt to spur an investigation in to the claims of forgery and fraud. It has been reported that every member of Congress is aware of the birth certificate forgery, but none has taken action.
Over the August recess, several congressmen told their constituents at town hall meetings that there could be sufficient votes in the House of Representatives to approve Articles of Impeachment against Obama for his mishandling of the terrorist attack in Benghazi, the Fast & Furious gunrunning scandal, the IRS’s targeting of “conservative” applicants for tax-exempt status, and his use of the National Security Agency to spy on both European leaders and average American citizens without their knowledge, among other transgressions.
Some believe that Obama is behaving like a king, while others have questioned his sanity.
Several researchers have reported that Obama’s Social Security number, which begins with a prefix indicating that it was issued in the State of Connecticut, is also fraudulent.
Other than images on the internet of questionable origin, Obama has offered no proof of his identity, background or eligibility. Recently, one congressman stated publicly that Obama wants to “destroy America one step at a time.”

Study: 8.8 billion Earth-sized just-right planets

Astronomers using NASA data calculate that in our galaxy alone there are at least 8.8 billion stars like our sun with Earth-sized planets that are not too hot or not too cold.
WASHINGTON — Space is vast, but it may not be so lonely after all: A study finds the Milky Way is teeming with billions of planets that are about the size of Earth, orbit stars just like our sun, and exist in the Goldilocks zone — not too hot and not too cold for life.
Astronomers using NASA data have calculated for the first time that in our galaxy alone, there are at least 8.8 billion stars with Earth-size planets in the habitable temperature zone.
The study was published Monday in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Science.
For perspective, that's more Earth-like planets than there are people on Earth.
As for what it says about the odds that there is life somewhere out there, it means "just in our Milky Way galaxy alone, that's 8.8 billion throws of the biological dice," said study co-author Geoff Marcy, a longtime planet hunter from the University of California at Berkeley.
The next step, scientists say, is to look for atmospheres on these planets with powerful space telescopes that have yet to be launched. That would yield further clues to whether any of these planets do, in fact, harbor life.

Shakuntala Devi, India’s magician of numbers and so-called “human calculator,” is honored in a Google Doodle this afternoon. Ms. Devi, who died in April, would have been 84-years-old today.
Devi was born in Bangalore, India on Nov. 4, 1929. Her father was a circus acrobat and, upon finding that his daughter was at just three-years-old an obvious mathematical savant, soon began organizing road shows to showcase her unusual talent for numbers.
Like her father, Devi emerged as an adroit performer, but with a twist: her displays of cerebral somersaulting were, well, cerebral. There was nothing to see but Devi deliver the final answer, before the public had even managed to take that breath of anticipation – would she be able to answer? Would she get it right? Despite the invisibleness of her act, or perhaps because of it, her almost magical performances of computational adroitness held audience’s un-yielding attention.
